Shipping Policies

General Shipping:

Orders will be processed within 1-2 business days upon purchase unless otherwise stated at checkout. Signature upon delivery required with domestic purchases over $100.00 US Dollars. Once your item has been shipped, you will receive an email with tracking information.

International Deliveries and Duty:

Orders that are designated for shipment to countries outside of the U.S. may be subject to local taxes, customs, duties, and fees levied by the destination country ["Import Fees"]. The recipient of the shipment is the importer of record in the destination country and is responsible for all Import Fees.

If you refuse a shipment from STAATSBALLETT, you are responsible for the original shipping charges, any Import Fees that are incurred on the package, and the cost of returning the package to STAATSBALLETT. Refunds for refused items are subject to a 10% restocking fee.

Return Policy:

We are in this to build life-long products that our customers truly love. If you have any questions regarding your order, or even just want to drop us a line, we would love to hear from you. Please don't hesitate to reach out: support@staatsballett.co. 

Returns are always accepted for incorrect items and sizes sent your way. Exchanges are also available, given that your correct item and size is in stock.  Items must be returned within 7 days of delivery in new condition. 

STAATSBALLETT is not responsible for return shipping costs. If you wish to return an item, you must email support@ourstateballet.com prior to shipment.

International Returns:

STAATSBALLETT is not responsible for return shipping costs, duty fees and/or refunding the original costs of shipment to your country. Items must be returned in new condition within 7 days of delivery. Prior to returning your item, you must email support@ourstateballet.com to ensure our receipt.

Order Changes:

Need to make a change to your order? For in-stock items, we must know within 1 hour as many of these pieces ship same-day. For made-to-order garments, the window for change is 24 hours. Please email support@staatsballett.co with your order number and requested change.
