Order Fulfillment Policies

STAATSBALLETT continues to fulfill orders from our home office in Brooklyn, NY. 

Domestic orders ship free with USPS or UPS. As you may know, the US postal system is struggling. Please expect a 2-4 day delay on your shipment.

Due to widespread issues with international USPS deliveries, we now ship solely with DHL Express. International orders are on track for a timely delivery within 1 week of purchase. The shipment fee is $25 USD or free on orders $250+ for Canada or $275+ for rest of world.

Domestic orders within the contiguous 48 United States will receive free shipping. It is our goal to process each order within 1-2 business days of purchase unless otherwise stated at checkout. STAATSBALLETT partners with USPS, UPS and DHL for delivery. Once your item has been shipped, you will receive an email with relevant tracking information. Domestic purchases arrive within 1-6 business days once dispatched.


International shipments are free for orders over $275. For orders destined for Canada, shipments are free for orders over $250. Otherwise, the shipment charge will be $25 USD. Items will be shipped via DHL or UPS unless otherwise clarified. International purchases arrive within 2-10 business days once dispatched. 

Orders that are designated for shipment to countries outside of the U.S. may be subject to local taxes, customs, duties, and fees levied by the destination country ["Import Fees"]. We are legally obligated to declare the items at their retail price. The recipient of the shipment is the importer of record in the destination country and is responsible for all Import Fees. If you refuse a shipment from STAATSBALLETT, you are responsible for the original shipping charges, any Import Fees that are incurred on the package, and the cost of returning the package to STAATSBALLETT.


Update as of January 1, 2021: Due to Brexit, STAATSBALLETT is unable to ship to the UK. Some customers have utilized third-party mail-forwarding centers such as MyUS. Please be advised that STAATSBALLETT is not responsible for delivery once your parcel reaches a US center for distribution. If you'd like to discuss this option further, please reach out to our customer service team at support@staatsballett.co.


If for any reason you are unsatisfied with your order, please don't hesitate to reach out via email at support@staatsballett.co.

Free exchanges are available on any domestic order, given that your preferred item and size is in stock. Items must be initiated for return within 7 days of delivery in new condition, with original packaging. Please note, STAATSBALLETT is not responsible for return shipping costs. If you wish to return an item, please email support@staatsballett.co prior to shipment with the subject "RETURN" and your order number included. We will provide a label and instructions to ensure our receipt.


At this time, STAATSBALLETT is not responsible for return shipping costs, duty fees and/or refunding the original costs of shipment to your country. Items must be initiated for return in new condition within 7 days of delivery. We suggest shipping with tracked delivery. Prior to returning your item, please email support@staatsballett.co to ensure our receipt.


Need to make a change to your order? For in-stock items, we must know within 1 hour as many of these pieces ship same-day. Please email support@staatsballett.co with your order number and requested change. 

For orders placed on release days, cancellations are subject to a $10 restocking fee per item.
